It really makes me mad that I’ve been seeing various dermatologists since I was thirteen and not one of them ever suggested taking vitamin supplements. I started taking 3g vitamin B5, 50mg zinc, and ??mg biotin yesterday and I’ve already noticed a drastic improvement. I had to find out about this from a stupid internet message board.
